Marx’s Theory Of Land Property Rights And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Land property rights theory is an important part of Marx’s political economy, throughout is always of Marx’s study. Although Marx did not explicitly put forward "land property rights", but he has a very rich thought of land property rights, just referring to The Critique of Political Economy and Das Kapital and other classic works. Marx’s land property rights is a set of rights, can be unified or be separated each other. Marx’s land property rights theory including land property rights and power and combined with separation, public property rights and marketization of land property rights, land rent theory and other rich content. Combing marxist basic theory of land property rights system and its application in contemporary China farmland property right reform and development, not only can deepen the understanding of Marx’s property rights theory, can also inspire people continue to enrich and develop marxism in practice to explore land property rights theory, further guide the land property rights, especially the farmland property right system reform in our country. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses the method of combination of history and theory with practice to study. Based on the study of marxist classic, combining academic research achievements of Marx’s land property rights theory,and combing the thought origin and development of Marx’s land property rights theory, expounds the main content, and reviewed its application and development in the land reform in contemporary China, summarize experience and lessons, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the future of China farmland property rights reform.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter combed the thoughts origin and the development of Marx’s land property rights theory. Marx criticized and inherit the rent theory of classical economics, the utopian socialist public property right theory and critique of anarchy private property rights theory on the basis of constant exploration, has experienced a from idealism to materialism, process from germination to maturity, finally formed a scientific and systematic land property rights theory. The second chapter expounds the main content of Marx’s property rights theory, including land property rights and power and combined with separation, socialist public property rights to land and the land rent theory of market economy, the land property right configuration. The third chapter explores Marx’s land property rights theory in the application and development of contemporary China. The fourth chapter illustrates the contemporary enlightenment of Marx’s property rights theory. On the analysis of the characteristics and status of current farmland property right system, on the basis of summarizing the main problems of the farmland property rights system:earthy land ownership, weakening land property rights, land erosion and destruction of serious, formers’ rights and interests are violated, and then explore the marxist theory of land property rights of farmland property right system reform and perfect enlightenment:clear property rights, perfecting rural land land assets pattern of benign operation, improve the farmland use rights transfer mechanism, in order to promote the development of rural economy.
