Since the global economic environment is getting more competitive, human resource, as the most active part of cooperation, has become the critical driving forces for the business development. The birth of Head-hunting is given by the opening-up policy of China and the massive investment from foreign enterprises. At present, the Chinese Head-hunting market is in a high-speed developing period both in amount and quality.The head-hunting business contributes not only to the human resource flow and rationalization but also a good way for companies to coach senior talents. At the same time, it is growing into an industry. However, compared with the prosperity of oversea head-hunting companies, the theories and empirical research which focus on head-hunting is staying behind. Especially for the level of the core competitive ability of a head-hunting cooperation, the analysis of recruitment efficiency is still before the initial stage.Centering around case study, the thesis introduces the basic information of company A. The background and current situation is listed. Second part focuses on the main problems and factors that have impact on the recruitment efficiency of company A and the result is acquired through the investigation among clients, candidates and head-hunters. Then, some suggestions on improving the recruitment efficiency are raised. After that, give some personal advices on how to realizing win-win cooperation among clients, candidates and head-hunters. The end of this thesis is the summary of the full text.
