Research On The Influence Of Knowledge Management To The Enterprise Innovation Ability

In the era of global knowledge economy, the economic benefit of enterprises is more dependent on the exploitation and utilization of knowledge. Knowledge management as the source of technological innovation can effectively promote enterprise innovation and ensure the enterprises to keep sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the relationship between knowledge management and enterprise innovation. This paper takes the theories analysis, the background analysis and the substantial evidence analysis to together. In order to find the critical factors affecting enterprise innovation, the research uses spreadsheet and statistical software packages to analyze financial data.The main work and achievements:1. We construct a set of knowledge management strategy index system by reviewing the related literatures. This paper eonsiders that knowledge management capacity includes knowledge process capacity,hard capacity and soft capacity. Then, we put forward a model on relationship between the knowledge management and enterprise innovation.2. We carry on empirical research by designing questionnaire and proposing hypothesis. Based on the efforts, we make investigation in some enterprises and analyze questionnaires with SPSS and Amos.3. We establish a Structural Equation Model to find out the relationship between knowledge management and enterprise innovation. And then the concluctions show that: three types of knowledge management have signifieant positive correlations with enterprise performance.In summary, we establish the interaction of knowledge management and enterprise innovation of empirical analysis together with theory deductions. These analysises complement and perfect the theory about knowledge management research system.
