| With a history of 100 years,M group has been deeply engaged in the tourism and cultural industry with particular emphasis on product quality.How to effectively realize enterprise development and transformation requires a set of relatively scientific and feasible management mode.How to ensure high-quality development under the current situation of high turnover rate and high labor intensity in the industry is a problem that enterprises must solve.Through years of exploration on quality management,we focus on the concept of total quality management and self-organization management.DP(Discovery and Progress)mode is an innovative management mode established by M company on the basis of learning from the management mechanism of White Mountain Resort.DP model consists mainly of two frameworks: discovery and progress.Its main purpose is to stimulate employees' subjective initiative,strengthen employees' self-management,so as to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving the quality of the enterprise.Through consulting data,investigation and interviews,questionnaire survey,focus on DP system characteristics,organizational behavior and organizational performance characteristics,design the questionnaire,the first and the second M questionnaires of 130 employees,112 effective questionnaires were taken back,from a different perspective to analyze the data collected,analyzed the status of the DP mode in the process of the operation and the changes in the organizational behavior,and the influence on organizational performance,to find out the problems are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward.This study takes the DP project of M group company as the case study object,combines theoretical knowledge with practical scenarios,and puts forward corresponding management strategies and measures,which has certain theoretical significance and practical reference.This method can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of the effectiveness of innovative management methods. |
