| With the accelerating process of urbanization, city facing multiple pressures including population expansion, shortage of land resources, spatial layout congestion, environmental pollution and ecological damage, etc. Based on this,suburban agriculture need to burden the supply of agricultural products, environmental beautification, ecological protection, leisure, sightseeing, holiday and other functions. Modern agriculture park as an important carrier of developing modern agriculture, the development of modern agriculture in China plays an important role. The construction and development of modern agriculture park has got some achievements, but there are many problems remained, for example, due to the blind imitation, the lack of innovation, the unclear location, etc. Therefore, developing modern agriculture park plays a pivotal role in the development of agriculture. in this kinds of case, the study of planning and design to modern agricultural park has important practical significance, it can be referenced for agricultural research in future, and also can provide a new planning ideas and approaches for park planning and construction.Through consulting a large number of relevant literatures, summing up the concept, development process, development status and other aspects of modern agricultural park, combined with the on-the-spot investigation and interview, a comprehensive system of research of functional zoning and design of modern agricultural park was conducted. The main content and results are as follows:(1) Through investigation and related data collected in the study area and the surrounding environment, summary analysis factors such as geography, climate, soil productivity in the study area. Based on the function of land suitability evaluation method, to guide the park functional partition of six evaluation indexes, constructing evaluation index system makes the division of function areas more scientific and reasonable.(2) On the basis of full investigation and interviews, the study area is suitable for divided into four functional zones of agricultural production, science and technology demonstration area, sightseeing and entertainment district and management service area. The index weights and factor rating values are respectively according to hierarchy analysis method and expert interview method. Combined with GIS technology, using weighted superposition analysis, determine the land suitability evaluation results of functional zoning. On this basis, using Overlay analysis method combined with the related formula, calculated the optimal functional partition scheme of the modem agriculture parks. Implementation method on breakthrough, solved the problem as planning to rely on experience and data on estimated, complete the qualitative to the quantitative transformation, make the planning more hasten is reasonable.(3) According to the functional partition theory, sustainable development theory, ecological agriculture theory, the guidance of the theory of landscape ecology and other related theory. Combined with the basic principles of planning and design, defines the specific function of each functional area, and some specific suggestions are presented in infrastructure construction, plant landscape planning, industry consolidation and so on. Combination of 3D modeling technology in agriculture park planning, effectively avoid some 3D spatial scales of chaos phenomenon such as avoid the view shade, skyline messy, can form the realistic visual perception, the realization of the visual display of planning results and solid experience. |
