This paper takes the female white-collar workers as the research object. The research bases on the perspective of social gender, then discusses the concepts, such as work-family conflict, work-family balance, occupation welfare, gender perspective. All of those works constructs the theoretical foundation of this thesis research.In the course of the study,the paper designs the female white-collar work- family conflict factors questionnaire and the outline of case interview, by learning and understanding the domestic and foreign scholars on the famale’s work family conflict. The research work gets the data and information by the questionnaire survey and case interview. The paper do the descriptive and regression analysis. Descriptive analysis is mainly from the age, family size, level of education, spouse,marriage, work and other aspects of analysis. Regression analysis is mainly the analysis of various factors of female white-collar work family conflict, and divorced female white-collar work- family conflict factors analysis.On this basis, the influence factors from society, government,enterprise, family and individual five aspects of female white-collar work family conflict is analyzed. Form these five factors, the paper put forward the suggestion for the female white-collar work family balance,such as setting up a social atmosphere of gender equality is the basis to formulate a gendered welfare policy, the government should promote the construction of female white-collar of social welfare system, the enterprise set up the humanized welfare system for the female white-collar, the family atmosphere of harmony is the guarantee of gender welfare, reasonable self- positioning of the female white-collar workers is the premise for getting welfare needs.Finally, the paper points out that the construction of female white-collar workers welfare system, should strengthen the development of economy and the coordinated development of consciousness, at the same time, should improve the women’s social welfare financial investment mechanism, the mechanism of gender equality, social welfare policy mechanism and government enterprise linkage mechanism.
