In the past ten years, the domestic cruise tourism has experienced "blowout type development tide", the domestic cruise port as "like bamboo shoots after a spring rain" appeared on the line, China’s eastern coast. However, the reality of low Cruise Port comprehensive benefit and lack of the related research power make the problem of managing mode of Chinese Cruise ports increasingly prominent.The paper clarified the meaning of this study from theory and practice guidance two levels. The article uses quantitative and qualitative method, field survey and investigation, domestic and international comparative analysis, literature review and empirical analysis and other research methods, takes Wusongkou international cruise terminal as an example, draws the sustainable development theory, industrial cluster theory and the system theory thought essence, looking from the management science, economics,tourism geography blend dimension knowledge, has made a more systematic exploration and research on China’s cruise port management mode.First of all, the comprehensive application of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process established the acomprehensive evaluation index system of China’s cruise port management mode, and based on it is the Current situation of management mode analysis of Wusongkou international cruise port, summarized its development mode, management mode, promotion pattern and profit mode, service mode and marketing mode.Secondly, in order to fully grasp the domestic and international cruise port operation situation, characteristic and development experience, the paper selected eight typical cruise ports at home and abroad and analyzed them. Among them, choosed Tianjin International Cruise Home Port, Sanya Phoenix Island International Cruise Terminal, Xiamen International Cruise Center and Shanghai Wu Songkou International Cruise Terminal as the object,using the factor analysis method for the operating conditions and the competitiveness of the quantitative analysis comparison and summary. Choosing America Miami cruise terminal, Singapore cruise center, Barcelona Spain D cruise port and Hongkong Eic(China) cruise terminal as the main object, analyzed their operating conditions and development experience.Finally, on the basis of mastery of the cruise port management present situation in China and the country(condition) outside cruise port development experience, departure from the operating status of the Wusongkou international cruise, closely around the six dimensions of the determination of the cruise port business model, focusing on the construction of port facilities, including software and hardware, management mode optimization, marketing and brand building, port revenue channel development, reserve of talents with multiple development strategy angle, the perfect organization structure and enterprise the reform of the system, this paper put forwarded the development strategies of Shanghai port international cruise Wusongkou business model.
