Study On Farmland Water Consumption And Benefit Of Hebei Plain

Field water consumption research is the basis and prerequisite for the water-saving agriculture research, temporal and spatial variation of farmland water consumption and impact on food production and ecological benefits of research to improve agricultural water use efficiency, make the farmland irrigation scheme, feasible and has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy.In this paper, based on the statistical data of 1981-2010, the first estimate the Hebei plain water consumption, and the temporal and spatial differences were analyzed; in the qualitative analysis of factors to influence the second field water consumption, such as climate change, the changes of grain yield, planting structure change and irrigation; and then discusses the Hebei plain water consumption of the impact on food production and ecological benefit. Finally, the SWOT analysis of water saving agriculture in Hebei Province, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. The main research results are as follows:1) over the past 30 years, the food consumption of water resources in Hebei plain produces about 720 km3(including groundwater is about 350 km3), each producing1 t food consumed water about 1200 m3 water resources(including groundwater account for about half of the mining amount), and each increase of 1 km3, the underground water level actually fell about 0.03 m.2) Water consumption and exploitation quantity of groundwater, Hebei plain groundwater depth, grain yield there were significantly positive linear correlation between, and the buried depth of groundwater and production volume, grain yield was also positively correlated.3) Through the SWOT of water-saving agriculture in Hebei province and analysis,come to Hebei province should play in the area of natural resources and geographical advantages, ensuring agricultural water supply by expenditure measures; the government should support the development of a comprehensive water-saving agriculture, adjust agricultural industry layout; improve the area of farmland irrigation equipment, increase water-saving agriculture capital equipment investment. Vigorously promote water-saving technologies, water-saving agriculture to be deeply rooted in thehearts of people.
