Study On The Investment Efficiency Of Low-Carbon Economy Listed Companies

The current low carbon economy industry under the background of global environment pollution and energy crisis is particularly important, after the arrival of the age of the financial crisis also said that the development of world economy has entered a new phase, with the concept of low carbon environmental protection industry is the next 50 years to one hundred, the world is the main driving force for social change. Green energy such as solar, wind, water and electricity as the main energy of low carbon economic model has also been recognized around the world, low carbon economy industry has become an inevitable trend for the future development of world economy. The rapid development of low-carbon economy will promote the development of other industries, such as new energy automotive industry. Low carbon economy industry not only protect the environment, but also increase the employment opportunities, alleviate employment problem. Investment is one of the most important behavior in the company, can maximize enterprise value of listed companies, and investment behavior has a direct relationship between the efficient software.Article mainly divides into five parts:the first part is introduction, mainly introduced the paper selected topic background, research purpose and significance, literature review at home and abroad as well as the main content of this article and research methods, and introduced in this paper, the possible contribution. The second part introduces the main theory, low-carbon economy, investment efficiency, DEA related theory is introduced. The third part is using the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to the selected out of 26 low-carbon economy plate to measure the investment efficiency of listed companies. The fourth part summarizes the possible influence factors of low carbon plate investment efficiency of listed companies in our country, and use Eviews software to analyze the influence factors of investment efficiency of listed companies. The fifth chapter from two aspects of corporate governance and debt financing in China is put forward to improve investment efficiency of listed companies of low carbon economic sectors.
