With the development of mobile Internet era, the development of the tourism industry gradually into the line of the new stage of the development of fusion, especially the popularization of mobile terminal APP, tourist groups to buy travel services using online behavior formed a strong impact on the traditional travel agency and other activities, is also derived from online travel business model is more abundant.Since the end of the last century,China’s tourism website has experienced make phenomenal progress in quantity and quality. Due to the fact that more and more consumers prefer to surf the tourism website for information, it now has already served as an important channel to purchase tickets and seek for excellent service. From the observation of the current situations of China’s tourism business enterprise,it can be inferred that the Ctrip Net exploits its exclusive market region through comprehensive service and high-end business customers concerns. In addition, the Tongcheng employs ticket booking and hotel reservation as its unique business and profit model. Meanwhile, the Qunar net and the Tujia net also devote to seek for various business models. Refereeing to the Tuniu net core business model, its core product is tourist routes and leisure travel, combing with the one-time charge for travel agents and travel costs of trading and profit pattern. It finally leads to be listed on NASDAQ and the high commercial value. Therefore, it has significance for the study of the differentiated development of China’s tourism e-commerce through the research of Tuniu net business model innovation.In all, this paper contains six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, significance, framework,methods and innovation points. Then, the second chapter is about the literature review,mainly connected with the tourism electronic commerce, enterprise business model innovation, internet enterprise business model innovation. The third chapter is the analysis and illustration of the current situation of the Tuniu net. As to the fourth chapter, based on the Hu Shiliang model,it analyses the Tuniu commercial model through strategic positioning,value orientation, demand innovation,products and services, valuable open platform,ecosystem, social marketing and profit pattern. The fifth chapter aims to discuss and analyze the Tuniu network business innovation model from the product positioning,potential user digging, ecological system,customer experience,technology innovation,transaction means and the cost control aspects.
