Research On The R&D Management System Innovation Of QHDCP Company Based On The IPD Concept

In this era of the knowledge economy, research and development innovation become a prerequisite and the new starting point of the modern enterprises’ survival and development, the ability of R&D management plays a more and more important role in the future more and more competitive environment, in the meanwhile, the challenges to the R&D innovation which are from the internal and external environment of the enterprise need a higher request for the construction of the R&D management system and management ability.The leading products of QHDCP limited company(hereinafter referred to as QHDCP) are further processed cooked poultry food and frozen food of seasoned poultry. After 19 years since its establishment, it has steadily developed into the mature, but it still faces a lot of problems, such as the global market competition, the rapid development and expansion of the domestic market in processed foods and the increasingly discerning of the consumers. The existing R&D management system restricts the enterprise’s sustainable development.So this thesis researches on the R&D management and IPD(Integrated Product Development) concepts, summarizes the development of QHDCP’s R&D management, and analyzes the existing problems, and then presents the innovation research based on IPD concepts in order to reform the existing R&D management and improve R&D efficiency and performance output. The research of thesis presents the results as below:First of all, R&D management theory and the idea of IPD are studied in theory as a theoretical basis and support in the thesis. The thesis shows the discovery and analysis of the existing problems of the existing R&D management system by the actual investigation in QHDCP, it proves that the implementation of R&D management system innovation is necessary. And it determines that the company should establish the innovative R&D management system based on the IPD concept and concrete the implementation of the plan through the application of the standard research method.Secondly,thesis presents an innovative design of the R&D management system based on the IPD concepts. It makes the new product development process leading by the company strategy, purposed by meeting the demands of market, followed by the schematic and staged development process, and it leads in the technology research process and the platform development process, it also integrates the different product categories, refine the product development process. For the protection of R&D output processes, this thesis also designs a corresponding management system, including a new R&D management organizational structure formed by different teams, project management principles, R&D quality management system, human resources, financial management systems and cost management system to ensure that the new R&D management system is innovative, systematic and integrity.Finally, Thesis presents the implementation system of the innovative R&D management reform based on the IPD concepts, chooses "overall planning, step by step" as the practical way and reform principle, studies the premise of reform within the company, presents a implementary plan, and gives the targeted solutions facing the problems which may encounter during the reform.Thesis has the certain decision guiding significance on the R&D management system innovation and the development driven by innovation in QHDCP company.
