IPD Application Research In Product Development Management Of A Company

With the rapid development of science and technology,the survival and development of enterprises is like running against the tide.And the phrase “the tree of the enterprise is evergreen” is almost becoming a myth.In recent years,the development of management theories has been declining,the implementation and application of management theories are seldom implemented in enterprises because of the considerations of corporate politics and human nature.However,as the economy returns to rationality,regardless of the manufacturing industry or the service industry,product development has gradually become the core of the company.In current economic environment,the traditional methods of product development are increasingly showing dilemmas such as complexity,inefficiency,and loss of control.Especially for large-scale development projects,problems and risks are particularly acute.Many researchers provide various solutions to solve product development problems.Among them,the IPD methodology is undoubtedly very representative,and has certain value and significance for its application research.This thesis is based on Integrated Product Development(IPD)theoretical framework,combines product development related theories,applies related research methods,and uses A enterprise as a study case to study how to effectively implement and apply IPD to help companies solve product development management problems.First,the paper introduced and studied the theory of product development,and specifically studied the IPD theory and method system,analyzed its concept,framework,theoretical points,and IPD application experience cases,in order to provide basic method and theoretical support information for the application of IPD.Secondly,based on the status and existing problems of A company's products,the problems were diagnosed and analyzed,and the topic of applying IPD was proposed.Through the construction of an application framework,a cross-team core team was designed to plan and standardize the main IPD processes,and to enhance IPD application capabilities through the application of tools.Based on these foundations,I will focus on the issues of the enterprise and focus on the implementation of problem resolution in the application.Finally,some key strategies for the application of IPD in enterprises are proposed to continuously optimize and perfect the enterprise IPD application system through continuous improvement,and promote continuous innovation in R&D management.This study refers to the theoretical and practical experience of many scholars and experts in order to provide an additional reference application path for the optimization of SME product development and management.
