Research Tourism Personnel Vocational Qualification Certification Mode In China

The certification of professional qualification is an important part of the human resource management. China’s tourism industry is in rapid development period. Due to the different history background, industry background and development course, there are some problems in the related certification of professional qualification, so we need to tease these different certification’s models. From the angle of effectiveness and social identity, the execution effect of occupational qualification authentication model should be evaluated objectively, and then, it will provide a good research foundation to the improvement and development of the professional qualification authentication mode for tourism talents.First, this article introduces the characteristics of professional qualification certificate system at home and abroad, and then analyzes the specific content of our current model of professional qualification authentication, sums up the characteristics of professional qualification authentication mode in China, illustrate and analyze its disadvantages, points out the reasons of the formation of vocational qualification certification of problem in our country’s tourism industry. Based on these, we select typical cases about professional qualification certification of tourism talents, analyze from its scope, development and evolution of process, compare the intention of its certification, scheme, process and test, and evaluated the effectiveness of the professional qualification certification of tourism talents in the view of qualitative, finally draw the experience and advantages of different patterns, and draw lessons from foreign professional qualification authentication mode, explore diversified professional certification path, analysis of the current professional qualification authentication mode in the reposition of government, industry, enterprise’s role.
