The non renewable and the effectiveness of area is the basic feature of land resources, the absolute number of our country’s land,but the per-captive available of the land is much lower than the average level of the world. With the continuous progress of urbanization, a large of number of rural population into cities, which makes the scope of the city expands gradually, and the demand for the land is increasing day by day. That requires us to rational use of every inch our land resources, the price of the land is an important index to reflect development of the land market and indicator to reflect the land use status of the city. So,the study on the temporal and spatival evolution of the urban land price is important to the optimization of the use pattern of the urban land.The paper selects the Linhe of Bayannaoer as research object, the social economy of Linhe is rapidly develop in the nearly 10 years, the urbanization is continue forward, the price of land is rising, the use pattern of land constantly optimize. So, research the spatial-temporal evolution rule of land price of Linhe, that can clearly and objective reflect the changes of the Linhe’s land price, which is significate for the future development of Linhe.Before writing the paper, the author collected the date of the year of 2005,2008,2011 and 2014 of Linhe’s urban benchmark land price updating profect as the basic date of the study. Analysis the land price of different use of temporal evolution of Linhe from 2005 to 2014. In the course of the study, user the land price index to analysis the land price of changes in Linhe with the time in recent 9 years; research the space changes of the land price, the author make full use of Mapinfo,Mapgis and some reflected software. Applicat the function of DTM of the mapgis successfully, and using the Kriging interpolation in geostatics, then determine related paremeters, and establish the Linhe’s different use of digital land price model(DLPM) of the year of 2005 and 2014, to intuivly relact the spatial variation of Linhe’s land price.Finally draws the following conclusions of the article:(1) The characteristics of the change of benchmark land price in time: the three benchmark land prices have different rates of rise, the fastest is commercial, and then is the residential, especially in the year of 2008 to 2011;In the 9 years, the whole change of the base price of the Linhe is from the single city center to the multi city center development, The premium is a circle distribution, the price increases of the city edge is high, The spatial distribution pattern changed greatly, But there is no phenomenon of land price fracture. Because of the adjustment of urban planning in 2005 to 2014, Premium zone from the center of the old district to West, East and South Development, so there are the new Linhe district, industrial park, and Shuanghe District. The land prices rose sharply of these regional. and the other city edge land prices is lower, The spatial variability of the obvious depression and heave is obvious.
