With the development of China’s technology level and innovation ability promotion, technological progress and economic growth in the whole society is playing an increasingly prominent role. However, research shows that, in the marginal employment elasticity of employment quantity is by technological progress slow economic growth and lead to the decline of. This phenomenon also exists in Hebei Province, therefore the research on the relationship between progress and employment in our province technology, find the technological progress path suitable for our province labor employment to promote employment promotion has practical significance.Based on the summary of the existing research literature, describes the development status of the employment pressure and the technological progress of Hebei Province, select the relevant data of Hebei province from 1986 to 2012 of technological progress and employment, using empirical methods to explore the relationship between technological progress and employment growth in Hebei Province, and then from the perspective of technological advancement is proposed based on the priority of employment, economic development the study, for our province to highlight the humanism, the realization of the sustainable economic development from the perspective of technological progress based on the promotion, has certain research value and the practical significance of social full employment.Research and innovation is reflected in the following two aspects:(1) A unique research perspective.
