New Urbanization Development Level In Jiangxi Province And Its Development Path

China’s urbanization is the important strategic decisions of transformational development mode and the economic growth. Ever urbanization most on city development, resulting unreasonable industrial structure, resource depletion, environmental pollution and urban and rising rural structure contradiction. The new type urbanization is the combination of agricultural modernization and new industrialization of the new situation, it solved traditional way,problem, providing a guarantee for the sustainable development of urbanization. Therefore, follow a new path of urbanization is the inevitable trend of urbanization in our country developments.Jiangxi province, known as "red- earth”, it ’s development attracts nation’s attention. But, in jiangxi province urbanization level is below the national average. This is why special emphasis on the construction of the urbanization problems in the 12 th five-year plan. Therefore, measuring town in jiangxi province level, find developing strategy is very important.18 points out furthering close the gap between cities and the villages and towns, using urban economy to pull development of urban and rural industry to achieve good health public service for the whole population of ambitious goals. In our country’s urbanization rate statistics, usually use permanent residents population proportion in whole in cities and towns to calculate. In order to objectively reflect the urbanization development present situation,This paper introduced the concept of new urbanization rate, urbanization rate, the population of permanent residents in the urbanization rate based on the analysis of census register, building based on the economic structure, basic public services, infrastructure, urban and rural areas as a whole, resources and environment in five aspects, as the new evaluation index system of urbanization level,Then select the entropy value method, grey correlation analysis and regression analysis method, establish a new evaluation model of the development level of urbanization rate, calculated the new urbanization rate and the core rate of urbanization in eleven districts in jiangxi province. Based on the analysis put forward the development strategy of new type urbanization in jiangxi province and the development countermeasures, discusses and puts forward the suitable new developing paths of urbanization in divided cities of jiangxi province.
