These need the business and IT sector sincere cooperation, resolve from the business process, information security, technical feasibility issues. Major bank to chase the target with the bank’s rising dependence on IT, IT staff in bank presents two problems:on the one hand the excellent composite of IT professionals become the target of Banks, IT staff departure; the other hand, how to improve their own level of human resources to retention IT staff. Through the career management to tap the potential of existing IT staff, increase the value of IT staff, has become the bank problems to be solved.In this paper, the author want to study the theme of career management about the IT staff in A bank.
