With financial reform pushing forward,the oligarchic monopoly situation of the five big state-owned commercial Banks is gradually broken, and the competitive landscape of state-owned commercial Banks, national joint-stock commercial Banks, city commercial Banks and foreign Banks has been established.At the same time, the increasingly open market environment, themarketization of interest rate and the development of the Internet financial all has brought the huge impact on the development of the five big state-owned commercial Banks. Facing an increasingly competitive market environment and urgent demand of organization innovation increasingly, state-owned commercial Banks need to address how to retain staffswhich are enterprises' core resource, especially the good quality employees. Therefore, to speed up the implementation of the scientific staff career management, to increase human capital investment and long-term returns, to provide a good environment for Banks talents and channel,and to achieve personal development under the premise of the development of enterprises has become the urgent important enterprise and individual win-win proposition.Aiming at improving the state-owned commercial bank employee career management efficiency and benefit,this paper firstly makes review on in on the career management of the domestic and foreign scholars, and defines theconnotation of career and career planning; Then using bankA as the typical example,sums up the present situation of employee career management of state-owned commercial bankssystemically, and find existing; based on these, combining with the characteristics of case bank, builds the competency model of business bank tellers, lobby manager, account manager, and managerrespectively, and proposes employee career management system of case bank, and puts forward relevant safeguard measures so as to provide theoretical and practical aspects of reference to our country's state-owned commercial bank employee career management.
