As the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(hereinafter referred to as “AIIB”) will be established, further proceeding of the "One Belt and One Road"(refers to the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road") of construction, Chinese enterprises are now fastening their internationalization, so to the Power Enterprises which under State Grid’s overall strategy. Z Company is currently in the transition period for its internationalization strategic adjustment.This thesis first introduces an overview and current internationalization status quo of Z company, analyzes the aspect of Z Company’s internal environment by the resource factor, management factor, the ability and enterprise internal value chain, analyzes Z company in human resources, financial resources, technological resources and market resources situation, analyzes the management status quo of Z company from the international management system certification(such as the QC), human resource and enterprise culture, and then analyzes the interval ability of Z company in the market development, project management, technology development and innovation ability, to get the advantages and disadvantages of Z company owned. Then from the political, economic, social and technological aspects of Z Company’s international macro environment analysis, analyzes the industry environment by PEST method, to point out the opportunity and threat of Z Company.This thesis using the SWOT analysis method for strategic choose, it is concluded that the Z Company’s internationalization strategy for regional centralization strategy, points out that the positioning problem of Z Company’s internationalization strategy, and from the aspects of marketing and management strategy is put forward. In the marketing, puts forward to strengthen the construction of core competence, strengthen the financing capacity and regional centralization strategy. In the management, puts forward to innovate of project management methods, cost leading strategy and promote the talent strategy. Through strategic choosing, put forward the strategy implementation measures by the ameliorating organization, the strategic positioning, enterprise management and risk prevention mechanism, enterprise culture, internal value chain of construction and strengthening technology research and development and so on, to ensure the internationalization strategy objectives. At the same time for the similar enterprises to provide certain reference and guidance.
