Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises play an important role in China’s urbanization process. In 2014 March the State Council promulgated the national model town planning (2014-2020 years), its promulgation has brought enormous opportunities for the small and middle real estate (SME) enterprise’s development. However, since 2014, the domestic real estate market sales downturn, cause an enterprise to withdrawal from circulation of funds affected, in the state of real estate credit policy has not changed conditions, many small and medium-sized real estate enterprise capital chain began to break, the small real estate enterprise financing is more and more difficult. Financing has seriously restricted the the small and middle real estate (SME) enterprise’s development, which will affect China’s urbanization process. Therefore, to improve the financing environment for small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, all has the positive significance to promote the small and middle real estate (SME) enterprise’s development and China’s urbanization development.In this paper, the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Baise area as the research object. First of all, review main mode of financing of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises first definition, domestic and foreign enterprises financing theory research, Baise area of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, secondly to small and medium-sized real estate financing problems of Baise area were studied including the financing channels for a single, regional financial market is not perfect, poor credit, talent shortage, and in-depth analysis the financing of external factors including national real estate policy, credit policy, the financial market factors, the internal factors include the quality, the development of its structure unreasonable. Again, put forward to solve the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Baise area financing of countermeasures are to cooperate in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, government guaranteed debt collection, the small real estate enterprise cooperation alliance, finally in Baise area A Real Estate Company as an example, discusses the existing problems in the enterprise financing in view of the enterprise financing difficulty, and proposes the solution countermeasure.Through the research and demonstration, the macro theory combined with micro analysis, small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Baise area provided ideas and methods, reasonable in the current business environment to solve the financing problem can also provide indirect suggestion for the government how to promote the healthy small and medium-sized real estate enterprises’s development.
