A Study Of Evaluating Domestic Airlines’ Credibility From The Perspective Of Customer Perception

The Yangtze River Delta Region is the most developed, most concentrated and most densely populated part of the east of our country. However it is one of regions which are seriously affected by the typhoon and other natural disasters or public health emergencies. "People is the basic of a country, food is the basic of the people", after a natural disaster, enough food supply is not only the precondition of emergency rescue, but also the guarantee of post-disaster reconstruction. Now, the study on evaluation of the emergency logistics system’s capability is less, and the established evaluation system is not applied to the food emergency logistics system. This thesis aimed to build a scientific and feasible rating index system to evaluate the ability of food emergency logistics system, advanced some suggestions to improve existing food emergency logistics system.The author toke the food emergency logistics system of the Yangtze River Delta Region as the research object. First, the thesis combed the domestic and foreign research literatures about the food bgistics, emergency logistics, food emergency logistics, emergency logistics system evaluation, summarized the influence factors of evaluating the capability of food emergency logistics system, set the evaluation index system for evaluating the ability of food emergency logistics system, which is based on the actual situation, literatures review, the analysis results of interview and the emergency management process theory of PPRR. In order to verify that the initial set of evaluation index was valid, the author wrote questionnaire and conducted surveys. Based on the market research data, the author deleted some invalid indicators and each indicator was given weight through the model of AHP-IMP, which made the whole evaluation system more scientific and feasible. Based on this new evaluation system, the author studied the ability of food emergency bgistics system of the Yangtze River Delta Region. Finally, in the end of this thesis the author made a summary to the above research results, pointed out the shortages of the study, discussed the problems which need to be studied further.This article constructed evaluation system of the food emergency logistics system’s capability including 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,31 three-level index, this system provides new ways and means to evaluate the capability of the food emergency logistics system; and studied the capability of food emergency logistics system of the Yangtze River Delta Region, and achieved good results, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures to optimize the existing food emergency logistics system of various areas.
