How Effective Poverty Alleviate:a Reasearching Of Poverty Alleviation Project "Landing" Process

This article trench Gaokan village in Shaanxi province as a case study of point, in 2014 the implementation of Gaokan village poverty alleviation projects as the research object, by analyze the Gaokan village poverty alleviation project implementation process, analysis Implementation of the village poverty alleviation projects failed to meet expectations of the reasons.In the process of implementing poverty alleviation projects, villagers in the village has two sides features, on the one hand there is a poverty of expectation, on the other hand is a poverty alleviation project of caution, eventually, the villagers caution let village secretary dashed expectations, between the Beautiful expectation of village secretary and the last actual implementation form a huge gap. In this paper, according to the introducing of poverty alleviation projects, words and deeds dynamics, poverty alleviation projects in the village parties "landing" of the logical and chronological order, integrate with actual details described the situation in the village poverty alleviation projects implementation process,further probe national Poverty Reduction Project situation faced by New Era,and In this situation, national poverty alleviation projects to be carried out smoothly and effectively achieve the desired objectives of the condition. This paper argues that, in the new era, national poverty reduction project faced by more market-oriented rural、differentiation and more independent spirit of the farmers, and the government’s own big problems situation, poverty alleviation need to make the appropriate response to the above situation, in order to have the conditions of national poverty alleviation projects carried out smoothly and effectively achieve the desired objectives.
