Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch staff as members of the modern enterprise arefacing the high stress of work. The individual physiological, psychological andbehavior results, especially turnover phenomenon have become the focus of attentionfor each enterprise. Work stress maybe lead to the low efficiency of work,non-satisfaction to the enterprise, and turnover behavior, and these will cause seriouseconomic losses to Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch. So to identify the source of workstress, turnover intention and the relationship between them for Hua Xia bankShenzhen branch staff is very necessary and meaningful.Now, there is few research on the relationship between work stress and turnoverintention of Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch. The sources of work stress questionnaireand turnover intention questionnaire are compiled based on the existing research. Themethod of empirical research is adopted. Using the questionnaire survey method togain the data of work stress and turnover intention of Hua Xia bank Shenzhen, and150valid questionnaires are collected. Four hypotheses are brought through literaturereview, and tested through multi-statistics analysis. In result, this thesis tested thatwork stress of Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch staff is divided into five dimensions,turnover intention of Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch staff is a single dimensionvariable, work stress and turnover intention of Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch staffare significant positive correlation, there is causal relationship between the sources ofwork stress and turnover intention of Hua Xia bank Shenzhen branch. Finally, basedon the data analysis, some suggestions and measures of stress management for HuaXia bank Shenzhen branch staff are proposed.
