Empirical Research On The Impact Of Technology Innovation Input On Innovation Performance Of Pharmaceutical Industry

Since reform has opening up,China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is developing rapid,research on the pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation ability on output performance has relatively rich,the content of the research and field are constantly deepening.But in our country medicine manufacturing industry development son exist is not balanced and unbalanced regional development,this article study from two perspectives,sector and regional study of pharmaceutical manufacturing of the sector and regional technological innovation into the different influence to the output performance. Firstly in this paper,the previous scholars were reviewed and the basic theory,research for later evaluation and selection of reasonable measures,methods,and then to define,describe pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,regional development present situation,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is divided into chemical manufacturing, biological medicine, proprietary Chinese medicine, according to the area is divided into eastern,central and western,build the theoretical model,the regional input-output indexes of descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,with the aid of knowledge production function,using the method of step-wise regression for each industry and area to carry on the empirical analysis,comparative sector and regional differences,then draws the conclusion and gives policy recommendations.The empirical analysis shows that chemical manufacturing,biological medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine technology innovation input have different effect on innovation performance,eastern,central and west medicine manufacturing’s situation also have different performance,in this paper.Through research we found,Although chemical manufacturing is the important industry of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,it is different situation from pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,From a regional perspective, the eastern region is the best developers on output performance.Technology import affects output performance little; Central research and development spending on output performance most.Technical modification affects output performance negatively;To western region,R&D personnel performance is positively related to output performance,technical innovation also has great influence on output performance,but the technology transfer can lower output performance.Finally, upon empirical part conclusion, this paper respectively from the angle of manufacture industry,the angle of the sector,giving pharmaceutical manufacturing technology innovation and development recommendations,at last setting up protection for intellectual property policies,accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents,making reasonable determination and adjusting the investment structure of funds for research.
