Research On Standard Working Hours Of Mechanical Processing Based On Technological Process

Manufacturing industry as the foundation of the national economy industry, bearing the weight of the materialization of science and technology and manufacturing science and technology level. However, the currentdomestic manufacturing industry, especially mechanical processing manufacturing industry, faces the urgent demand of development of transformation. Enterprise management is not scientific and standardized, such as low efficiency being main problems of current. Improving the level of manufacturing production efficiency and enterprise management is the effective way for the standardization of production. The standardization of production is the most important means for enterprises to develop production standard working hours, which provides basic basis for enterprise performance evaluation, cost accounting, efficiency improving and standardization of production.This paper, embarking from the actual mechanical processing manufacturing enterprise production, researches standard working hours based on technological process. Through the industrial engineering(IE) methods study and work measurement technology, it optimizes operation process and working practice, divides process operation unit and makes operating unit standard working hours classified as variable standard working hours and quantitative standard working hours. With using the stopwatch to measure and calculate quantitative standard working hours, variable standard working hours model is established by regression method to integrate data of standard working hours, to rapidly improve the accuracy, effectiveness and adaptability of standard working hours.In the process of enterprise case study, this paper analyzes and makes standard working hours, compared with the original production situation, to verify the use of industrial engineering technology research based on the effectiveness of the process of standard working hours, which provides standard operating norms for enterprises improving management level and production efficiency.
