Application Research Of Knowledge Management And Scrum In Mobile Application Team

Nowadays, mobile internet development is extremely quick, and mobile application development has gradually become a necessary and desirable part of today’s information technology industry. It has the characters that the development lifecycle is very short and the requirement changes very quickly and frequently, etc. According to these characteristics, many mobile application teams choose Scrum which is one of the most important branches of agile methodologies as their development process. From the mobile software team’s perspective, team member has to maintain the up to date knowledge to continuously deliver high quality software, and the only way to achieve this is continuously learning. The effect of knowledge management is the key factor of whether the team can stay competitive.Nowadays, study on application of enterprise knowledge management is relatively mature, so as study on Scrum software development. However, there are very few applied researches of knowledge management for mobile application team. Based on the analysis of knowledge management development status, analysis of Scrum development status, analysis of mobile application development status, character summarization of knowledge in mobile application team and the principles of Scrum development, this thesis has summed up out a set of knowledge management system. A unified knowledge management goal, a team who is full of knowledge management atmosphere, efficient knowledge management tools and knowledge management processes comprise this knowledge management system, and the goal is the center of this knowledge management. The knowledge management system is practiced on company T’s mobile application team, and the result is good. This mobile application team’s knowledge library has been created and the content of knowledge is continuously increased, the team morale and efficient have been continuously improved, the project controllability has also been improved. This study provides a good reference for other mobile application team who also wants to practice knowledge management.
