Under the new situation, the hotel rapid changes in the external environment and internal environment,market competition is more and more fierce. Hotel enterprise competition basic on corporate culture and human resources competition level. Scholars and hotel managers pay more attention to the hotel’s corporate culture and employee job satisfaction research.This paper choose good development prospect of the holiday hotel in the hotel industry as the object of empirical study, on the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign literature, attempts to study aims to find tourist hotel enterprise culture and the relationship between the employees perception. Using the method of questionnaire survey, analyzed the sample data, it is concluded that the tourist hotel enterprise cultural dimensions model and tourist hotel employee perception (employee job satisfaction) influence factors model. Found through the analysis of the differences between the characteristics of the staff, different demographic characteristics (gender, age, education, job level), working years, income level of the hotel staff in the dimensions of corporate culture and staff awareness. Through regression analysis found that the tourist hotel enterprise culture for employees perception was correlated (employee job satisfaction).Enterprise culture dimensions of two aspects of teamwork, treat employees have positive effects on employee perceptions, different dimensions of enterprise culture, team cooperation, fair and reasonable, treat guests, employees, learning, innovation) for the employee perception (leadership, work returns, relationships and work itself) have different effects.According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures, mainly include:hotel business leaders should play a key role in the process of cultivating enterprise culture; Hotel enterprises should integrate enterprise employee behavior characteristics; Hotel enterprise shall establish a reasonable incentive system, strengthen spiritual; Hotel development strategy of enterprise should be clear, fair standard, etc.
