Under the situation of global warming, environmental degradation, energy depletion, every country have to try a new model of economic development, the low-carbon economy producing. With the pace of China’s economic growth slowdown, China pay more attention to the quality of economic growth, and make the construction of ecological civilization as a new development target. We can see our country’s determination to pursue low-carbon environmental reform. In the background of low-carbon economy, low carbon development capacity has become a potential competitive which can take company sustained and healthy development and get more market share. Logistics is known as the third profit source, which developed rapidly in recent years. But It’s logistics costs is very high and It bring a lot of greenhouse gas emissions.It increase operating costs and is not good for our environmental protection. For logistics companies, low-carbon economy can save cost, so the logistics enterprises should find its short board strive to enhance the competitiveness of low-carbon.Firstly, this paper studies logistics enterprises’ current situation so that we can have a clear understanding of the carbon dioxide emissions of the logistics industry. Then through analyzing the logistics chain we find the reason of the high carbon emissions. Then we select the key indicators to compose the evaluation system of logistics enterprises’ low-carbon competitiveness. entropy method to establish a low-carbon competitiveness of logistics enterprises TOPSIS evaluation model based on the ten logistics companies into the model empirical analysis. We established the evaluation model to make empirical analysis. The empirical results show that the gap between the different logistics enterprises is obvious. Empirical analysis provide a reference to the relevant departments for the assessment of low-carbon development of logistics enterprises, and it can help enterprises to clear the inadequacy of its own low-carbon competitiveness. Finally, it provide the concrete measures to enhance the competitiveness of low-carbon: government doing security work, industry associations assuming regulatory responsibility, enterprises changing the traditional production methods, consumers raising awareness of low-carbon consciously.
