Low carbon logistics is the development of low-carbon economy,an important component of sustainable development,has important significance to enhance the international competitiveness of the logistics and the implementation of China' s The Belt and Road "strategy.Since the age of mankind has entered the industrial era,with the deepening of environmental resources deterioration,people have paid more and more attention to the use of the environment and the protection of the environment.Under this background,"low carbon logistics" is also paid much attention.Since the reform and opening up,remarkable achievements have been made in China's economic development,but the environment problem is increasingly serious.As the pillar industry and the important modern service industry of our national economy,the extensive and inefficient logistics operation mode has caused the increase of energy consumption and the waste of energy.It should be paid attention to by the state and the enterprises.The development of modern logistics must give priority to the environmental problems and improve the logistics system from the angle of environmental protection.In view of the opportunities and challenges in developing regional low-carbon logistics,based on the analysis of the significance and role of low carbon logistics for economic and social development,based on the logistics competitiveness and low carbon economy as the research basis,the competitiveness evaluation model of low carbon logistics is constructed first,and the competitiveness of low carbon logistics in the region is evaluated by the research of the provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China.On the basis of.this,the differences and reasons of low carbon logistics competitiveness are further analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to the future development direction and promotion path of low carbon logistics in China.Therefore,based on the 2010-2016 statistical data,the entropy weight-Topsis model is used to evaluate and sort the competitiveness of the low carbon logistics in 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.Secondly,the competitiveness level is divided by the cluster analysis based on the results of evaluation,and then the difference of low carbon logistics competition within the competition level and level is divided by the sill coefficient.Through three analysis,it is found that the regional low-carbon logistics in China presents the development trend of "Strong Eastern China-Ordinary Western and Middle China,local jump";there are certain differences in the competition level.The competitive potential is an important factor affecting the competitiveness of low carbon logistics in various regions.Finally,based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward some pertinent,feasible and operational suggestions to improve the development direction of China's regional low-carbon logistics competitiveness,aiming to make the regional low-carbon logistics achieve a steady promotion and balanced development.
