The Research On The Planning And Management Of Project Of Nanning Wuxu Airport Economic Zone

The airport economy refers to the powerful regional economic system based on large-scale airports, especially the transport ability of international hub airports, which will promote the development of regional economy and city bearing function. As a result, more and more attention of the local government is attracted on this issue. In this paper, through the related researches of the airport economic zone project planning and management, on the basis of theoretical research and practical experience at home and abroad, the project reality conditions and existing problems of Nanning Wuxu airport economic zone were discussed and the planning and implementation management design thinking and scheme were put forward. In this paper, based on the development requirements and local conditions of Nanning, the target range of Nanning Wuxu airport economic zone project was defined. According to the function (system) mode of decomposition mechanism, some key issues around the airport economic zone such as the layout planning, industrial development, facilities ascension and linkage decomposition, etc. were discussed. The matrix organization framework was involved to design of airport economic zone project management agencies in this paper. In addition, this paper puts forward suggestions of supporting measures, such as establishing an innovative and efficient management system, providing more support on land and capital etc. It is suggested in the research that scientific and standardized project planning as well as management are essential to the successful achievement of targets during the construction progress. From the perspective of project management, the planning and implementation of management theory of Wuxu airport economic zone project was explored, which will provide construction practice for the similar projects.
