Research On Agricultural Modernization Theory With Chinese Characteristics

In any period of human society development, as the foundation of national economy, agriculture is the premise and guarantee of people’s producing activity. The shake of agriculture’s foundation would have an impact on survival and development of the whole human society. Agricultural modernization is the key to solve China’s issues of agriculture, and it is also the foundation of promoting China’s sustained and rapid growth of economy and society. Nowadays, agricultural modernization level is far behind the national economic development level in China, which has become a bottleneck problem of economic development of China. The CCP always attaches great importance to the issue of agriculture and the construction of agricultural modernization. Particularly, the 18 th CPC National Congress emphasizes on synchronized and coordinated development of industrialization, informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization, which fully explains party’s emphasis on construction of agricultural modernization. Therefore, the complete and scientific research of agricultural modernization theory with chinese characteristics is very important to prompt development of economy and society both theoretically and practically.Based on the related research achievements of scholars at home and abroad,combined with the new situation and issues during agricultural modernization in our country since the 18 th national congress, this thesis is striving for some innovations.This paper mainly studies through the following several parts. First, the introduction includes the research background, reviews, content and method, innovation and the main definitions, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for what’s to be elaborated in rest of thesis. Second, this section briefly expounds the Marxist classical writers,which provides a comparable object for party’s agricultural modernization theory.Third,a simple analysis of the US and Japanese patterns of agricultural modernization representative, to find an object that can be used as reference in order to explore the theory of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.Fourth, this partdiscusses the basic content, basic characteristic and era value of the agricultural modernization theory with chinese characteristics, specifying CCP’s agricultural modernization theory in China. Fifth, this part goes through main problems existing in China’s agricultural modernization, and presenting corresponding solution. The last part summarized main content of the thesis and drew some related conclusions.
