In March 2014, with the 2nd session of the 12 th CPPCC National Committee and the 2nd session of the National People’s Congress(NPC) successfully held in Beijing, the new major initiatives and powerful breakthroughs with respect to deepening the reform of financial system appeared in the government work report.among which mainly included implementation of policy-oriented financial organization reform, in the national policy and under the influence of continuous loose, the securities industry must be fast and stable development and expansion. Great opportunities and also faces very big challenge. One reason is the change of the securities company system, From state-owned enterprises to joint-stock, now and then to the upcoming private ownership of securities companies, investment advisers, intensifying competition, How to exert their potential, how to put the income of employees and their responsibility, risk and performance closely, has become a difficult problem in current management of securities companies. Another reason the securities industry development in recent twenty years,Has been in the traditional brokerage business mainly. The rapid expansion of business innovation requires a lot of professional investment advisers with, Existing staff and new employees adapt to market need training and new effective incentive measures, The original incentive mechanism mainly in the brokerage business marketing, The system of aging has not adapt to the development of existing business, So only to improve the incentive mechanism to improve investment adviser securities company loyalty and keep in a competitive environment continues to lead the industry.Investment consulting, as a occupantional mode, makes reference to investment cons ulting mode abroad,and then introduces the domestic large-scale securities companies for pre-trial and implementation. In October 2010, China Securities Supervision and Manage ment Committee released Temporary Provisions for Securities Investment Consulting Busi ness(〔2010) No.27 Notice),stating the details in formal and definite manner. Afterwards the business was spreaded comprehensively and officially all over the country.The inve stment consulting is a point for deepening the financial reform.However, Studying its o peration mode,formulating the incentive mechanismmode suitable for the domestic market economy development, forming a scientificand advanced operation mode from a point to an area, seeking the proper development orientation for investment consulting in the sec urities industry, raising a new study thought and execution proposal for its development i n the future, are one of the purposes of the thesis.This paper reviewed the first start at home and abroad on the incentive research literature, and put forward my views and opinions, The second chapter introduces the relate d theory, A clear incentive theory and mechanism of the inherent relationship and differe nce, Lay the theoretical foundation for the following discussion; The third chapter introdu ces the present situation of the development of investment advisory and investment consu lting services; The fourth chapter discusses the investment adviser of GD securities comp any incentive status analysis and existing problems in the current incentive and the cause s were analyzed; The fifth chapter and the sixth chapter mainly discusses the design of t he concrete scheme of investment adviser GD stimulating mechanism of securities compa nies and the implementation of security, Suggested by material incentives such as the est ablishment of performance appraisal is to rely on the salary incentive mechanism, occupa tion planning such as dual ladder channel and innovation incentives such as employee st ock ownership plans to better incentives for investment adviser, At the same time, the se curities company shall also develop and establish the system of security corresponding i mplementation to ensure the smooth implementation of incentive mechanism. The last par t covers the conclusion, prospect and reference literatures, which summarizes the basic co ntent of GD’s incentive mechanism optimization to strive for the practical operability. Fo r this reason, it is expected to be helpful to perfect GD’s incentive mechanism and expl ore the reform of incentive mechanism in the whole industry.
