Risk Management For The After Service Of The Automotive Industry

China owns an automotive consumption market with fast increasing speed. The fast growing brings many kinds of problems, especially in the aftermarket industry. There are lots of complaints; some even become a group event and enterprise public relationship crisis. So applying the risk management into this area could provide the guidance for identifying the risk factors, analysis method, and treat it dynamically. The main contents of this thesis are as follow:First, this thesis analyze several cases which has the public crisis due to the failure risk management, explain the importance of risk management, and the value for applying risk management to the automotive industry after sales market, and then summarize the theory and status of risk management development, describe the definition of the risk management, structures and popular analysis method.The thesis confirm the current status and the5big issues by analyzing the aftermarket of automotive industry, and define the research scope as the after service; call the experienced professionals in this area, summarize the complaints from the market by brain storm such as bad quality of the service parts, frequency damage; couldn’t fix on time; high fixing cost etc. By using the FTA method the article identify the risk factors behind those complaints, and get4kinds of risk as the technical problem,management issue, strategy problem and the problem with dealer, every issue has the detail risk factors.Next the thesis evaluated the risk factors by original risk matrix, list the parameter and scope, but due to the boundedness and subjectivity of this method, there will be more risk tie during the evaluation. So we use the Borda sequential value to measure the risk factors, by scientific method we lower the number of risk tie, and analyze the importance grade of those risks, classify them into7grades, also the article provide the method and rules to deal with each grade of risks.Finally, this thesis verify the application of risk identification, evaluation, measurement and treatment mentioned before according to the risk management samples in my company, prove its effect and practicability by the feedback of the market and the measurement index of the company. Meanwhile, to provide reference to other company, the article use SWOT method to analyze the characteristic of the industry, which could make them arrange their resource and deal with the risk more specific, reduce the risk management cost.There is very important meaning for the enterprise to stabilize the strategy and ability to treat the variation environment by controlling and managing the risk, we could apply the method and consideration mentioned in this thesis to each procedure during the daily work risk management, achieve the purpose to control the risk and whole status.
