As economic globalization goes on, there is no doubt that innovation becomes the contemporary corporations’operation and development theme. At the time of which our country is trying to carry out the developing stratagem on newly-developed industry, the High-Tech Enterprises being responsible for completing the important national strategy task become the focus of national support; To confirm’how much they complete’requires us to evaluate their innovation situation, this paper is about that topic, and we hope that its fruit can supply certain complementarity for existing researches.In the first part, we determine the research objectives by combing with the current background first of all and then by summarizing literatures we come up with one system on technology innovation performance evaluation; We continue to collect suitable data for the empirical research, and calculate the records of companies’performance; At last, we try to search for the problems existing in enterprises and analyze them,and then propose some correlative suggestions, besides that, we explain the limitations of the paper and prospect for the future researches to be made. The main fruit is as follows:1. The technological innovation performance measurement system this study designed pays attention to both the direct output indicators and the level of competence achieved by technological innovation, this study proposes an index system combined of two kinds of indicators.2. The scores of the five dimensions including the performance of technology, innovation management, R&D capabilities, manufacturing capabilities, marketing innovation capacity suggests that:manufacturing capabilities reaches a certain level in different areas; marketing innovation capacity of high-growth enterprises improves more than the others; the performance of technology, innovation management, the level of R&D capability are not proportional to their sizes, but to the internal comprehensive quality of enterprises.3. Summarizes the limitations of this study and this study suggests to increase region-wide sample of enterprises selecting, in order to improve the scientific nature of technological innovation performance evaluation studies.
