There is a huge development prospect in the industry of water-saving irrigating in our country.Company A is seizing this opportunity for expanding its market. This thesis is based on the actual examples of high efficient water-saving project producing in Company A. It analyses the producing scale, sale market, producing technological plans and their capability and reasonability which based on the researches of this industry and the theory of project evaluation. After summarizing variety of problems and finding out their solutions, I finished the practical academic thesis, so that we can guarantee the well further development of project in high efficient water-saving irrigation equipment of Company A.
