The Study On Leading Talent Cultivation Of Modern Agricultural Management In Zhejiang Province

To solve these problems and new challenges effectively and ensure the healthydevelopment of agriculture,we can construct a new agricultural management system anddevelop new agricultural management subject.Modern agriculture leading talent as an importantfactor of the agricultural management subject also becomes the important contents of talentsunder the new situation。This paper chooses the modern agricultural management talents training as the researchobject and take the modern agricultural management leading talent promotion class of Zhejiangprovince for example. On the basis of review theories in summarizing some concepts andhuman resource development discusses agricultural education present situation at domestic andinternational.Through the study of modern agricultural management leading talent promotionclass of Zhejiang training situation,we understand the enrollment situation,the organizationmanagement mode,the talent training mode and great results which have achieved.In thispaper,through the investigation of talent cultivation mode evaluation and the learning effect ofstudents self evaluation,we reveals the problems in the modern agricultural management leadingtalent promotion class of Zhejiang province:less enrollment;less outside of the province andoverseas practice teaching;less outside investigation funds;the teaching content of theory is toostrong; face to face study time is short.At the same time,puts forward some countermeasuresand Suggestions to perfect the modern agricultural management leading talent promotionclass:to improve the personnel training plan;to expand the scale of enrollment; increased foreignoverseas opportunities; augment the the funds for outsides investigation; improve thecurriculum;strengthen students theoretical knowledge with practice and so on.
