Research On The Problem Of Liaoning Province Power Industry Low Carbon Technologh Innovation

Under the background of global climate warming, energy shortage and increasingserious pollution, the development of low-carbon economy based on low energyconsumption, low emissions as the symbol and the realization of sustainabledevelopment is becoming the common choice of economic development of allcountries in the world. Low carbon economy is a new choice, new opportunities, newchallenge faced by China and is the development mode which change the ecologicalenvironment and promote the economic development model transformation. Powerindustry is one of the most energy consumption and the largest carbon dioxideemissions departments, its future development path directly influence china’sdevelopment effect of low carbon economy. Liaoning as the northeastern old industrialbase, how to continuously strengthen low carbon technology innovation is needed tofurther study. This paper was based on previous studies, the more systematic andin-depth study on low carbon technology innovation problem of Liaoning province’spower industry was conducted.Firstly, the technology innovation theory and the relevant concepts of low-carbontechnology, low-carbon power were discussed in this paper, the status of of low carbontechnology innovation of Liaoning province power industry was analyzed, throughliterature review, the combination methods of induction and deduction, emphasisresearch and system research, theoretical research and empirical analysis, secondly, theexsiting problem on low carbon technology innovation of Liaoning province powerindustry was propsed, finally, Liaoning Province’s power industry’s low carbontechnological innovation strategy was given in order to provide new ideas and methodsfor low carbon technology innovation of Liaoning province’s electric power industry.
