Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Low Carbon Technology Innovation In China's Power Generation Enterprises

As we all know,in twenty-first Century,we have entered the era of knowledge based economy.Technological innovation plays a crucial role in the survival and development of enterprises.As the largest developing country in the world,China's industrial economy started late,and its technological strength is relatively weak.As the most effective and the most stable secondary energy,electric has become the basis for the development of our national economy.The contradiction between the rapid consumption of resources and the increasing emission of pollutants has also been increasingly prominent,which has brought great pressure to the ecological environment.In recent years,the problem of carbon dioxide emissions caused global warming,which poses a serious threat to the survival of mankind,Chinese is one of the world's largest source of carbon emissions,low carbon economy has became the mode of economic development that we must adopt to realize the sustainable development,and the innovation of low-carbon technology is the only way we can take to develop low carbon economy.Power generation enterprises are one of the main sources of carbon emissions in our country.It is very important for us to realize the low carbon transformation of the power generation enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary for us to improve the incentive mechanism for low carbon technology innovation of China's power generation enterprises,to ensure the survival and sustainable development of our power generation enterprises,and provide a solid foundation for us to develop low-carbon economy and complete the task of energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the related research from the domestic and foreign scholars,we introduce the incentive theory and principal-agent theory,and then we analysis the current situation of the development of power generation enterprises in China and the problems of our country's electric power enterprise encountered in the process of low carbon technology innovation at the present stage.According to the study of above problems,this paper analyzed the factors that can affect the low carbon technology innovation of the power generation enterprises in our country from two aspects,the internal and external of our generation enterprises,and then we build the incentive mechanism according to the factors we discussed above.The focus of the incentive mechanism is the design of the compensation contract provided to the research staff of the power generation enterprises.According to the above analysis results,this paper proposes policy recommendations which provide a reference for the study followed.Finally,this paper also analyzes the shortcomings of the research process and the areas that need to be improved.
