During the development of human society,poverty widely exists in various countries in the world,As the largest developing country in the world,the problem of rural poverty has been a serious problem in China's economic development.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,poverty alleviation is the top priority.On the path of poverty alleviation,President Xi stresses,The best way of poverty relief must be helping people to learn,get and master scientific knowledge,which is also an important way to block intergenerational transmission of poverty.With the introduction of the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the fight against poverty in 2015,education is endowed with the mission of "blocking intergenerational transmission of poverty";In 2017,the two sessions once again referred to the " poverty alleviation of education",which is evident from the source to break the intergenerational transmission of poverty,The education problems of the offspring of poor families need to be cared for.This article links education to transmitting in family intergeneration of poverty and makes the following researches.First,through the survey of District Dazu,it is found that the local rural poor families exist in the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Second,in order to study the above problems,it is found that there is intergenerational transmission in the lack of education depending on the investigation and interview of rural households in more than 300 households in Dazu District.Third,in order to clarify the relationship between the two,by the case studying it is found that the lack of education transmission will lead to family poverty intergenerational transmission andPoor defective educations in circles in family members of different generations lost the ability to themselves out of poverty moreover the development direction of the family is also showing the cycle of poverty with Social Mobility Theory and Human Capital Theory etc.At the same time,children of poor families who are educated can bring much to the family out of poverty.Fourth,in the process of analyzing the relationship between education and poverty alleviation,the obstruct of education out of poverty is found.that education in poverty alleviation of the relevant supporting policies are not perfect.The indiscriminate nature of reading is limited to the develop of educational positive function.In terms of these problems,this paper puts forward some thoughts and strategies on education poverty alleviation:providing family of intergenerational transmission of poverty with special help;developing the education of urban and rural integration;Establishing Poor Family Education Fund;Innovating and reforming educational structure and carrying out diversified education;making educational scientific plans with the guide of social workers and reducing the hindrances of negative impacts in the educational development.Simultaneously,as poor individuals they must adjust the mindset,face life actively and work hard with normal minds,arm themselves with knowledge,and not blame the day.This is the best way to change the fate of this generation even the next generation.
