With the accelerating process of Urbanization and the rising demand of the land, the number of land-lost peasants is increasing day by day. With the increasing competition nowadays, the "vagrant trend" of land-lost peasants becomes serious. How to avoid the "vagrant trend" of land-lost peasants has become a difficulty.Based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, and methods of literature research, social investigation (on-the-spot investigation, discussion, questionnaire),comparative analysis, statistical analysis etc., this article mainly studies the four aspects of the vagrant trend of land-lost peasants in process of urbanization, including:(1) the land-lost peasants "vagrant":according to the analysis of the current situation of economic and social development and the demand for land, discusses the current development situation of land-lost peasants.(2) according to the data, to relate the theories and policies;(3) based on the extensive study of the theory and the realistic demand, and combined with cases, discusses the main performance and the problems of landless peasants "vagrant" in current and future.(4) to give some constructive suggestions to solve the problem of landless peasants "vagrant", based on living resettlement of Land-lost peasants, they need more rationing production or employment. So we need to proceed from the four aspects of society, government, community and individual, and do something in social care, security policy, incentive mechanism, community service, personal efforts and so on, in order to promote the ability their employment and entrepreneurship for land-lost peasants, to achieve rapid employment, stable employment and increasing employment.
