| As the concept of low carbon development was widely accepted,low carbon cityconstruction gradually becomes the new mainstream city planning and construction aroundthe word.China is in the age of economy high speed development of industrialization,andlarge industrial city development pattern of our country development have an importantleading and demonstration influence.The report of the18thNational Congress of theCommunist Party of China put forward that the economic construction,politicalconstruction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization constructionshould be overall considered,which further clarified the importance of the construction ofecological civilization.How to effectively to develop low carbon concept into large industrialcity construction,and to promote the successful transformation of large industrial city,theproblem is urgent at present.The past study which was characterized by urban classification oflow carbon city development is not thorough and comprehensive.Therefore,in this thesis,onthe basis of the related research results,based on low carbon economy,urban theory ofclasscification and evaluation of low carbon city, the study of low-carbon development modelof large industrial city and a systematic research on the evaluation system is completely.1. Illustrating the low-carbon city construction, evaluation at home and abroad and thedevelopment mode of related theory and method. Discussing and theoretical reviewing thefour constituent elements of low-carbon city development: low-carbon transport, low carbonindustry, low carbon consumption and low carbon technologies.Also summarizing low-carboncity models, and putting forward four development directions of low carbon city buildingpattern at this stage:Comprehensive low carbon society target mode; Transition mode;Urbanand rural integration mode and new city reconstruction of low carbon, in order to providetrain of thought for the large industrial city low carbon development model.2. Analyzing and defining the connotation of the concept and characteristics of the largeindustrial cities.Based of the urban functional classification theory, combined with theresearch object of this thesis, giving a relatively clear concept of large industrial city: the scaleof population of more than1million, the second industry departments has advantages ofproduction status, industrial output in GDP accounted for close to or greater than40%, withhigh carbon, carbon dependence, heavy secundiparity characteristics; the secon industry,suchas coal, mining, manufacturing, has a long history, such as foundation is solid, itscorresponding product output absolute size is very large; the second industry sector is heavy,such as the manufacturing industry, construction industry, coal industry is developed.3. To build a large industrial city low carbon construction evaluation system.On thebasis of city characteristics of large industrial city, the thesis analyzs the influence factors oflow carbon development of large industrial city. Based on entropy method, putting forward a evaluation system including the target layer, criterion layer and index layer.4. Large industrial city low carbon evaluation index system has carried on the empiricalresearch.Reference to statistical yearbook, taking carbon emissions in1996-2011in Tianjin asobject.Using the STIRPAT model, combined with SPSS software of ridge regression analysisanalyze the influence factors on the low-carbon development of Tianjin. Finally, applyinglarge industrial city low carbon evaluation system to evaluate the status quo of the low carbonconstruction of Tianjin. And Tianjin is given low carbon development strategies and pathsaccording to the results of the analysis. |
