| At the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out our country’s economic development has entered high quality development stage,China’s response to the international convention,the Paris agreement made positive remarks on climate,highlights the bear the responsibility of China as a superpower and,at the same time to speed up the upgrading of industrial structure and energy transformation in our country,implementation to get rid of energy dependence and the reconstruction of the global industrial chain,Contribute a part of China’s strength to the world’s emission reduction work.This article through to our country present situation of carbon emissions as well as the analysis of the historical development trend of industrial structure,using the factor analysis method to establish the industrial structure,technology development situation,the environmental situation in China under the three dimensional optimization evaluation system,industrial structure of our country 2000-2019,evaluate the level of industrial structure optimization and summarizes the existing problems at present stage.By collecting the related parameters of 30 provinces in 2004-2019 data,the influence factors of the carbon emissions reduction factor is mainly summarized in technology and industrial structure upgrade level factor,establish the industrial structure and the model of the carbon emissions,analyzed the relationship between carbon emissions and industrial structure in China,and the two factors are set of different scenarios,Thus,the future carbon emissions of China in 2020-2060 can be predicted.Through empirical analysis,the optimization and adjustment level of industrial structure under the "dual carbon" background is mainly affected by technological emission reduction factors and industrial structure upgrading level factors.According to the comprehensive score chart of the optimization level of China’s industrial structure from 2000 to 2019,the growth rate of China’s industrial structure was slow before 2008,and the score was negative.After 2008,China began to pay attention to environmental problems,but there are still some problems in China’s industrial structure,such as large deviation degree of industrial structure,low height of industrial structure,imbalance of industrial structure,imperfect internal structure of tertiary industry,and insufficient adjustment of energy consumption structure.Based on STIRPAT model combined with factor analysis of two factor "double carbon" under the background of China’s industrial structure optimization adjustment model,found that reduction factor and upgrade of industrial structure level of influence on China’s carbon emissions are significant,including technology reduction factor that ascension in response to climate change,promote mitigation work has a very important position.However,due to China’s industrial structure is still not perfect,China’s industrial structure on carbon emissions is still in the "P" curve and before the CKC turning,causing a promotion effect on carbon emissions.Finally,through scenario analysis,it is found that the appropriate regulation of technology emission reduction factors and industrial structure upgrading level factors is helpful to achieve the "dual carbon" goal in China under the balanced regulation scenario. |
