Burnout phenomenon has become one of the hot issues of public concern, It spread among the various occupations and it is worth the social and manage pondering, the staff can not ignore burnout because it is an important part of organizational life. With the advent of the era of4G networks, communications industry will also bear a new. round of tests, when the communications industry face the great opportunities and challenges, there are increasing many employee issues apparently, for example, complex and varied technical problems, exceed the capacity of the work, Psychological pressure. If you are not a long-term relief and elimination of job burnout, communications staff will lose motivation and weakened competency, this may impact on their general self-efficacy and have a negative impact, resulting in a further low efficiency, quality of work and can not reach the expected level indicators. From the employee perspective, the burnout phenomenon of Communications staffs’have many symptom, for example, performance for the work inattention, the low working interest, emotional work, reflect on issues too intense, lack of innovation capability. From the entire organization is concerned, the burnout psychology and behavior of individual of employees can direct influence their job burnout and occupational wishes.By exploring the work of job burnout in communications industry of Nanchang area, find out the Relationship between job burnout and general self-efficacy, then through statistical analysis of the communications industry influence on employees’job burnout differences between individual properties, in particular, find out the potential impact of job burnout with general self-efficacy in communications industry. Therefore, managers of Nanchang area in the communications industry to develop appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of job burnout and provide theoretical support. The employees of Nanchang area communications industry know how to ease or even eliminate job burnout and enhanced general self-efficacy, and it is particularly important to improve and develop job performance of the communications industry in Nanchang.This study is based on the above understanding, the Nanchang area communi-cations industry employees as research subjects, organizational support as an intermediary to conduct empirical research variables. First of all, the study summarizes the domestic and foreign literature, laid the theoretical foundation for the research framework. Secondly, by reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis has been revised in previous validation mature inventory, job Burnout Inventory, Organizational Support Inventory, General Self-Efficacy Inventory, and delete three question items which do not meet the conditions, then come to the formal questionnaire which have good reliability and validity. Thirdly, this study issued310questionnaires, recovered270valid questionnaires, and used the Statistical methods of Spssl7.0for data analysis. The study obtained conclusions as follows:1. Nanchang area communications employees’job burnout is above average level as a whole.2. As an individual subjective perception, burnout prevalent in different gender, age, marital status, education, work experience and position Level, and these individuals have different properties and effects on job burnout.3. Results of correlation analysis, regression analysis showed that:job burnout has a significant negative impact on the general self-efficacy; job burnout has a significant negative impact on organizational support; organizational support has a significant positive effect on general self-efficacy.4. Organizational support plays an intermediate role in the relationship between job burnout and general self-efficacy.Finally, combined research findings, in this paper, propose some management proposals from individuals and organizations which can ease or even eliminate the adverse effects arising from job burnout, and can improve employees’ general self-efficacy of the communications industry in Nanchang area.
