As the competition in workplace is becoming increasingly fierce and that the pace of life and work continue to increase, the enterprise staff’s working pressure is becoming more and more large. When they work with high strength pressure for a long time, they will produce some abnormal reaction of physiology, heart and work behavior such as low spirits, exhaustion, lack of motivation and drive and others indifferent and then generate the boredom of work. This is what the scholars call the "job burnout". It brings many adverse consequences to enterprises and individuals. When employees work burnout, this phenomenon can lead to physical and mental health status decreased and produce family conflicts. And in the work the job burnout leads to work emotional irritability, lack of work motivation and hate work leading to reduce the effect of enterprise performance and staff stability. It even brings the extremely disadvantageous influence to the enterprise daily operation and personal occupation career. So the research on job burnout and intervention has received more and more attention of scholars. This is also the theme of this paper.According to the Social Exchange Theory of Hosemann, when the society or organization make a reaction of rewards, individuals will give a positive response. Instead, individuals will be negative and have no reaction. In the work, employees are treated fairly and have supports from enterprise, they will work with more enthusiasm and higher efficiency. On the contrary, Job burnout may occur. At the same time adjustment ability and mentality of individuals also affect their work. In order to prevent and relieve job burnout, it is necessary to Interfere with job burnout From the two aspects of organization and individual Therefore, this paper will regard organizational support as an important content of organizational factors and make the research on the job burnout intervention. At the same time, to obtain better effect of intervention, this paper will put self efficacy into the research to do a further research.This paper adopts empirical research method, choose the mature measurement scale suiting for the national conditions, and send the questionnaires to enterprises in the eastern several provinces. Finally I collected 286 valid data. This article use SPSS19.0 and Lisrel8.70 for reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.From the result of the research, organizational support has significant negative effect on job burnout. Among the results, work support on all of the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment has negative effect. The value of identity has a significant negative effect on emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment. In addition, self efficacy has significant regulating effect on the effect of organizational support to job burnout.In the daily management, both enterprises and individuals should make an effort to alleviate burnout. As the enterprise, they should first pay attention to internal communication and employees’ needs, let the organizational support felt by employees. Secondly, enterprises should take notice of the interests and the value of employees and giving the staff necessary support to create a good working atmosphere. Finally, enterprises can improve the training system to raise the knowledge and skills of the staff. At the same time, enterprises can also help the staff to improve their mentality, solving ability and enhance their self-efficacy when facing difficulties. As an individual, whether in life or work should always have an optimistic and positive attitude to face everything. Get along with leaders and colleagues in harmony. Also should they have a correct understanding of themselves, make a clear and suitable career planning. Believe ourselves in the face of difficulties and try to avoid burnout appears.
