| Economically Affordable Housing and Low-Rent Housing are significant in our currentUrban Housing-Indemnification System, which play an important role in tackling the difficultyin housing for middle and low income families. However, the effect is not obvious. The failureof Economically Affordable Housing is dute to the high price and the poor supervision. Thefailure of Low-Rent Housing is dute to the limitations of suppliers. So, the government regardsthe Public Rental Housing as a resolution of settlement about low-income groups.It is not along time from the raising up of the concept of the Public Rental Housing to theimplementation of the Public Rental Housing.In the case of the research of policy-making ismuch more than the research of effects, the Public rental housing policy could have expectedeffect is unclear.In Chapter1, the paper reviews the long march of housing indemnification policy in ourcountry, elaborates the research value and the research methods. In Chapter2, on the basis ofsummarizing the policy and its performance study at home and abroad, the paper analysis theconnotation of the performance about Public Rental Housing. In Chapter3, the paper pointsout the body ang the principle of performance evaluation and performance evaluation. InChapter4, at the theoretical level the paper analysis the indexes of the performance evaluationabout Public Rental Housing. Then, the paper screens index through the expert questionnaire,at the same time. In Chapter5, the paper builds the comprehensive assessment model of theperformance evaluation about Public Rental Housing based on the variation coefficientmethod. In Chapter6, the paper analyzes the performance evaluation system in Chinese. Thedate in this dissertation is from Chongqing, Shenzhen and Hngzhou. Through analyzing, theseindexes are more scientific and feasible. In Chapter7presents the result of the research andfuture development. |
