| In the past20years, job burnout has become a hot topic in Management and Psychology. It is a constant symptom in job, including three dimensions:emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. Job burnout of the workers in manufacturing industry mainly refers a state of enthusiasm decline, negative attitudes, and emotional exhaustion when they work in the complex, intense work environment. As an important part of the special group haunting between the urban and rural areas, the workers in manufacturing industry are the high-risk population who are often neglected by society. However, the job burnout will bring negative effect, it not only affects the physical and mental health of migrant workers, but has the negative influence on the economic efficiency of enterprises, and social harmony and stability as well. Therefore, it is quite meaningful to research on the job burnout of the workers in manufacturing industry. In this paper, taking the workers in Quanzhou company M for example, based on existing literatures and investigation. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the concrete embodiment in each stage of the generating process of the workers’ job burnout, summarize the cause of formation of job burnout, and provide essential reference to alleviate and eliminate the job burnout of the workers. |
