A Study On Enterprises Sustainable Development Based

Sustainable development has become a principle of development of strategic thinking in most countries of the world, concept of sustainable development is rapidly penetrated into all areas of human-related political, economic, social, cultural, environmental, etc. Sustainable development of enterprises is the basis of the national economy but also the microscopic reflected of sustainable development, with important and irreplaceable significance.To achieve the sustainable development of enterprises, companies need to have a clear and correct strategy for sustainable development. Providing enterprises with the development, selection, implementation theoretical basis and practical tools strategy is an important and valuable research.This paper presents the essence of sustainable development is a new concept of development beyond the traditional, analyzes and studies the three elements of sustainable development of enterprises:resources, innovation, responsibility, reveals the three elements of sustainable development strategies with the features of bottom line of the enterprise constraints, positive incentives, synergies, systems integration, proposes27kinds of combinations of state corporate sustainability policy set10categories, constructs a business combination model of sustainable development strategy, and uses the model to analyze the "melamine" incident and get relevant results.Finally, the main conclusions of the study were summarized and presented insufficient prospects of further research studies.
