With the improvement of domestic people’s living standard, the increasing requirements of people’s spiritual cultural is appeared. A new and interactive form of rural culture comes into being. Based upon the environment of the domestic demand boosted by the government, the release of the people’s work pressure from cities, the interpersonal fusion to be promoted, and the natural surroundings of affinity to be restored, the country leisure tourism have mushroomed blossom everywhere in the form of farmer house for the unit. However, people found that the relatively monotonous products of the farmer house will not attract people’s attention after rapid development and can’t ensure its continuity. Many farmer’s houses come into the gloomy business and basically present half dormant status.One-Family farmer’s house owner is a couple in LiaoZhong Country who got earlier rich. With peculiar vision, they established One-Family farmer’s house in2006which locates around the unity reservoir on PuHe river and engaged in fishing and accommodation services. At the time, rural tourism in shenyang surrounding areas get fast development, TuanJie reservoir on PuHe river with its beautiful environment draws many tourists come to taste it. So that One-family got the first business opportunities and has got a good result. Farmer’s house appears insufficient passenger and serious decline of business income after three year’s fast development. Although One-Family takes advantage of all the beautiful environment of the village and profitable geographical position, loose management makes them to face the death and survival selection.Based upon the research achievements of rural tourism competitiveness at home and abroad and second innovation theory, This article puts into use AHP tools to comprehensive evaluate the influence factors of rural tourism development according to the diamond theory of competitiveness factors. And the impact of One-Family farmer’s house rural tourism problems is analyzed. The corresponding solutions are put forward to drive One-Family farmer’s house to leave troubles out and to realize the transformation of second venture.
