After The Reform and Opening, Chinese economic power had improved a lot.Market economy had framed and developed. Government action plays a much moreimportant role in spreading of the agricultural technology. The government’sresponsibilities are to promote new technologies and applications in agriculturalpractices. This would ensure that technology is the first productive, and makedevelopment sustainable.In this paper, a large number of studies in literature summarizing the relevantresearch at home and abroad through the dissemination of agricultural technologyroute, mode of transmission, propagation characteristics and causes of in-depthanalysis of issues and made their path optimization principles, objectives, build apath optimization of the overall framework, and a variety of government action tooptimize the spread of ideas and basic architecture of supporting laws and regulations,thus further improving the effectiveness of agricultural technology dissemination.On the basis of the importance of agricultural technology dissemination for theanalysis of economic and social development elaborated on the analysis of the mainfeatures of the main issues discussed at the present stage of China’s agriculturaltechnology dissemination and existence explore analysis of government should be inthe dissemination of agricultural technology from the macro policy and micro-management to improve the concept ideas initiatives.This article includes five parts:Part one: a brief introduction to the methods and significance of the researchproject, the research background, current research and studies.Part two: introduces and analyzes the basic theory and the relationship betweenagricultural technology dissemination and government behavior, and systematicallyexpounded their mutual relations.Part III: A brief overview of the analysis of the spread of agricultural technologyin government behavior, and to analyze the problems.Part IV: from macro policies and micro-management, dissemination ofagricultural technology in the optimal path of government action put forward newideas.Part V: Conclusion...
