Small and medium-sized enterprises have become stronger ever since the Reform andOpening Up, and have now served as one important part in the national economy. With thefast development of market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises, which haveenjoyed the benefits resulting from the fast-growing market economy, have not paidenough attention to the unmatched management level with the fast development ofenterprises, thus hinder their development, and make them struggle on the road to growstrong. Short-lived small and medium-sized enterprises have become a prevalentphenomenon. During the process of economic globalization, management science hastaken on small changes to fit in the development of economy. Human-based managementhas taken place in response to the proper time and conditions, and will play a decisive partin the development of enterprises. Part of developed countries like USA, and Europeancountries have made progresses in terms of human-based development and regard it as thenecessary path for future sustainable development of enterprises. However, how to makehuman-based management better and how to make full use of humanization implicationsdemand deep cultural reflections. The article is divided into six parts: the first part isintroduction which introduces the current situation, research background of heoreticalsignificance and practical application value of the research area domestically andinternationally, and the development situation of small and medium-sized enterprises; thesecond part is determine the concept and nature of human-based management from theperspective of analyzing “humanity”; the third part: combined with the current situation ofsmall and medium–sized enterprises, and aiming at the problems appeared from thehuman based management of company M,analyze the resulting consequences forcompany M; The fourth part, in response to the current situation of human-basedmanagement of company M and put forward corresponding strategies,combineemotional management, democratic management, ability management, and cultural management organically, and do not humanize,loosen,human govern human-basedmanagement. The fifth part, effect analysis and safeguard measures of human-basedmanagement of company M. The research has certain instruction significance to thehumanity construction.
